6: Making ACOS More Useful

Note: if you have a 4-digit ACOS (e.g. 1265%), then for the cost-per-sale rule of thumb you’d take the ACOS’s first 2 digits (instead of just the first digit) and multiply those by the book’s price (e.g. 12 x $3.99 = ~$48 cost per sale).
