Have these done before the launch to maximize the impact:

2. Set up an email autoresponder pushing your backlist books
3. Limit embedded images in the book file to keep delivery fees down, especially if running Kindle Countdown Deals
4. Front matter: Have a link to your newsletter on its own page
5. Back matter: Have 2 CTAs on the same page as THE END – a link to your newsletter and a short teaser + link to the next book
